Drive Innovation as a Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead project timelines, manage resources, and ensure deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.

  • As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable conversational bots, Big Data capabilities, and advanced analytics pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals.
  2. Lead strategic initiatives spanning multiple teams and product domains.
  3. Facilitate project planning sessions to identify project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  4. Coordinate internal and external resources for flawless project execution and timely delivery.
  5. Manage project scope, schedules, and costs while adapting to evolving priorities.
  6. Track and report on project performance using relevant tools and metrics.
  7. Ensure release readiness by working across teams to document, coordinate, and support product launches.
  8. Act as the bridge between engineering and product teams and external clients.
  9. Manage relationships with stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership as needed.
  10. Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans. Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  11. Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  12. Create and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.
  13. Manage audit engagements, support auditors, and ensure compliance with key security standards.

Requirements:

  • MBA or B.Tech in Computer Science from Tier 1 Institute.
  • 3–8 years of experience in Program/Product management in the SaaS/Software space.
  • Experience working in R&D, infrastructure, platform, or engineering teams is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong internal and client-facing communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Experience supporting audit readiness and working with regulators or auditors for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 is a strong plus.
  • Experience in privacy management, internal data handling practices, and external readiness (e.g., CCPA/GDPR) is a plus.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master are a plus.
