Game Economy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Game Economy Specialist to create engaging and enriching gaming experiences for players worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing in-game economies, ensuring an optimal balance between player experience and monetization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design economy models that promote player engagement and retention.
  • Develop in-app currencies, progression curves, reward structures, and monetization systems that foster fair play and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in game economy design, preferably in Social Casino games.
  • Deep understanding of free-to-play economy design, monetization strategies, and player psychology.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other statistical tools for analytical modeling.
  • Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and analysts.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Passion for gaming and a good understanding of the gaming industry.
