We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our data-driven initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze investor and partner data, develop predictive models, and drive business value.

  • Implement text mining and sentiment analysis on investor feedback, social media, and complaint data. Design dashboards and reports in collaboration with the MIS team to provide actionable insights.">
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.">

  • 6-8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or risk modeling in the financial services sector (mutual funds, banking, lending).">
  • Hands-on experience in automating data pipelines, web scraping, and predictive analytics.">

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills and experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SAS is required, along with expertise in databases like SQL Server and MongoDB. Additionally, knowledge of machine learning techniques, including regression and ensemble methods, is essential.
