Senior Business Analytics Specialist

This role involves leading business analysis to drive requirements gathering, solution design documentation, and test scenario execution.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, business knowledge, and technical product development. They should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Responsible for conducting business analysis, documenting solution designs, executing test scenarios and implementing change management activities.
- Work across multiple projects simultaneously, supporting organisational change through communications, training, support and alignment.
Key skills include strong data and business analysis, banking knowledge, stakeholder complexity management, project management principles, and communication skills. Experience with agile projects, DevOps, SQL, ETL Process, GCP, Hadoop, Jupyter Notebook, Python or Pyspark is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing management practices including planning, controlling and reporting on implementation progress 'product'.
Achieving benefits while minimising risk during deployment. - Manage readiness for implementation and lead the early stages of implementation (e.g. pilot).
- Play a leadership role within the projects they work on.
- Have line or assignment management responsibility for a group of junior resources within their resource pool.
- Ensure all due diligence is performed to prevent adverse impact to customers and business operations.
Requirements:
- Business Analyst with Banking Knowledge.
- Experience in technical product development and delivery using various technologies.
- Understanding of how DevOps works and its utilisation in the agile process.
- Proficient in SQL programming knowledge as a Data Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of ETL Process, GCP, Hadoop, Jupyter Notebook, Python or Pyspark.
