We're seeking an accomplished Project Coordinator Professional to contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in planning and coordinating activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Effectively facilitate scrum meetings, stand-ups, and client discussions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and schedules.
  • Assist in tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to track updates, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator/Associate/Intern in IT, e-learning, or related domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work in a team-oriented environment.
