Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in managing customer communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, basic understanding of customer support and/or customer management, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a customer champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • Review customer-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educate customers on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance the overall experience.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work 9 hours a day, Monday-Saturday, with 1 hour of break.
  • Available for a minimum duration of 9 months.
