Job Title: AEM Production Support

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of AEM Production Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production support, with excellent functional knowledge of e-commerce and proficiency in writing and understanding SQL queries.

The selected individual will possess hands-on experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Catchpoint, or New Relic, as well as good knowledge of at least one tool. They will also be familiar with search/merch platform Constructor, troubleshooting/debugging experience, and good experience and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, developer tools) and ability to diagnose issues.

The successful candidate will have experience in Web/iOS and Android e-Comm app/web support, as well as any front-end programming languages and APIs. They will also understand performance optimization of sites, including analysing site speed, traffic load, and suggesting improvements (Content Delivery Network- CDN, caching, image optimization).

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in production support
  • Excellent functional knowledge of e-commerce
