Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader

About the Role:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving technology innovation and transformation across business units. The role requires a deep understanding of technology, architecture, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • D drive digital transformation vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Pposition our client as a thought leader in industry forums and create visibility – own innovation charter across the organization.
  • A advise senior management team on emerging technologies and digital trends that are most relevant to company's goals and evolving needs.
  • F focus on delivering customer/employee-centric systems – seamless omni-channel experience across sales and service.
  • L lead and mentor IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • AOP & IT Budget Management. Determine capital investment parameters, priorities, and risks for enterprise-wide IT initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • R recruit, hire, and motivate high-performing IT team that values transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Over 20 years of experience in tech – preferably in retail organizations or services companies while managing end-to-end responsibilities for enterprises.
  • Experience in digital transformation for enterprises – retail industry preferred – spanning business processes.
  • Omnichannel systems required for new-generation retailer.
  • Applications, infrastructure, network, and end-user IT environment operations experience.
  • Futuristic IT architecture definition and management – applications, data, and security.
  • Establishing an IT governance model across the organization.
  • DevOps transformation experience.
  • Process transformation experience.
  • Exposure to AI and automation technologies.
  • Will to take risks and ability to start from scratch.
  • Target orientation and familiarity with service delivery constructs relevant to IT services – partner ecosystem building and management.
  • Front-line leadership and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts – industry trends/disruptors.
  • Team building and team management skills.
