Key Role in Driving Organisational Success

The organisation is a well-established, medium-sized entity within the automation and robotics sector, recognised for its technical prowess and contribution to industrial innovation.

As General Manager, you will have an opportunity to define and drive the HR vision globally. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with senior leadership to design and implement global HR strategies that support business objectives and growth.
  • Driving a high-performance culture by institutionalising robust performance management and engagement practices.
  • Setting up and implementing KPI- and KRA-based evaluation systems across departments and geographies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of international and regional labour laws to ensure compliance and minimise legal risk.
  • Guiding leadership on workforce planning and people-centric strategies across India and international locations (200+ employees).
  • Building employee retention strategies focusing on career growth, upskilling opportunities, and a transparent, rewarding culture.
  • Developing talent acquisition strategies to attract high-calibre candidates through innovative sourcing methods.
  • Overseeing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Leading the annual and mid-year performance review process, ensuring timely feedback and alignment to strategic goals.
  • Designing and managing the Performance Management System (PMS), from planning and training to review and rewards.
  • Ensuring seamless employee lifecycle touchpoints including onboarding, confirmation, promotions, and exits.
