Job Description

As a Senior Legal Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the legal landscape of our organization.

The ideal candidate should be able to draft and negotiate various contracts, including business agreements and lease deeds. Additionally, they must be well-versed in handling trade mark matters, such as protecting and defending against infringement, as well as navigating intellectual property rights.

Moreover, this position requires an individual who can handle consumer cases, respond to queries, and defend against judicial/quasi-judicial forums. They should also have expertise in litigations and court procedures related to company affairs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Law degree from a recognized college with a regular 5-year or 3-year BL/LLB course
  • Post-qualification experience of at least 10-15 years in a medium/large organization or law firm
  • Ability to travel across South India for retail store visits
