Embedded Systems Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust firmware solutions across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in embedded systems, hands-on experience with microcontrollers, and a deep understanding of communication protocols.

  • Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for various applications.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation for all project phases.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of firmware.
  • Build tools and implement verification techniques to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to align on specifications and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Firmware Development: Develop and maintain high-quality firmware solutions for various applications.
  2. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all project phases.
  3. Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of firmware.
  4. Tool Building and Verification: Build tools and implement verification techniques to ensure system reliability.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with hardware and software teams to align on specifications and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong programming skills in Embedded C; familiarity with C++ is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of MQTT and HTTPS communication protocols.
  • Experience in processor selection and implementation of interfaces, including UART, CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, RS-232, RS-485, MODBUS, and Ethernet.
  • Hands-on experience with microcontroller families such as ARM Cortex-M, STM32, NXP Kinetis, Nuvoton, PIC32 & Open CPU.
  • Proficient in designing embedded components like device drivers, HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer), and RTOS-based stacks.
  • Working knowledge of GIT for source control and collaboration.
  • Experience in managing tasks using sprint-based development cycles.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics and Communication or Electrical and Electronics Engineering required.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development required.
