Key Technical Support Specialist

This is a critical role in our organization, requiring an individual with hands-on technical expertise to provide support to our manufacturing facilities and customer sites. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production and be able to ensure the highest quality products.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead root cause analysis initiatives, collaborating closely with partners to identify and implement corrective actions.
  2. Develop and propose improvement strategies, ensuring effective implementation and tracking.
  3. Conduct research on new SMT technologies and processes, verifying their feasibility and deploying them as necessary.
Requirements:
  1. Degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 7-10 years of experience in SMT engineering or technical support roles.
  3. Strong understanding of cellular module products and SMT manufacturing processes.
  4. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
