Job Description

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our Commercial Data team in Advertising. Your primary focus will be on developing leading property and market data insights to power Real Commercial products.

The ideal candidate will have 8-13 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role. You should be well-versed in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data pipelines, data consumption, data analysis, and documentation.

A strong background in agile methodologies, lean principles, and iterative releasing is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with data warehousing, big data processing, and cloud-based technologies like AWS.

You will lead development teams using agile, lean, and/or iterative releasing approaches. Demonstrated expertise in delivery approaches such as TDD, CI, and infrastructure automation is also required.

In this role, you will contribute to the design and architecture of scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions. You will provide guidance, support, and leadership to the team, establish effective ways of working within and across teams, and foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Requirements
