Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools).
  • Analytical mindset with skills in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and content writing skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Experience in B2B/SaaS/ERP industry marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation & drip campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for data visualization.
