Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, with experience in managing quality systems and conducting audits. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and quality.

  • Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established procedures
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any deviations or non-compliances
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure that quality control processes are integrated into daily operations
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of quality initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in quality control and assurance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001 and GMP regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
