Lowe's India is a Global Capability Center driving technology, business, analytics, and shared services strategy. It powers innovations across omnichannel retail, AI/ML, enterprise architecture, supply chain, and customer experience.

The Pricing team supports managers and merchants in defining and optimizing pricing strategies for various product categories across channels. They leverage advanced analytics to forecast the impact of pricing actions, develop strategic price zones, recommend price changes, and identify sales/margin opportunities to achieve company targets.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for developing strategic price tests, data-driven price change recommendations, and measurements. The Senior Analyst will assist Senior Pricing Analysts & Managers in developing, modeling, communicating, and tracking performance of new initiatives related to Pricing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cluster-specific data analysis, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards, reporting & insights.
  • Research, design, and develop applicable statistical approaches/models for specific business problems (Price Testing, Price Change, Post Mortem & Category review).
  • Design and develop processes to gather, explore, structure, enrich, and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources.
  • Leverage Item Role Designation (KVI, Head, Core & Tail) models to develop insights.
  • Develop scalable retail test processes and frameworks for experiment design, test v/s control testing, baseline development, assessment, and recommendations.
  • Analyze competitor demographics & performance for pricing across key categories.
  • Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis for Pricing team.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations synthesizing multiple data sets to effect a new decision related to Pricing.
