Lead Academic Program

We are seeking a visionary Academic Lead to spearhead our academic programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in curriculum development and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement curricula aligned with international standards, competitive exams, or school boards.
  • Spearhead the creation of high-quality educational materials, including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks.
  • Ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical coherence across all content.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of Subject Matter Experts, content developers, and educators. Conduct regular reviews to ensure team alignment with academic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D from a reputable institution in Maths or Physics.
  • 7+ years of teaching or academic leadership experience.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an ed-tech or test prep company.
  • Relevant experience in cbse 10th board curriculum.
  • Deep subject expertise and academic rigor.
  • Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels preferred.
  • Strong instructional design and content review skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ed-tech platforms, digital tools, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
