Senior AI Model Developer

This role involves building scalable and deployable machine learning models, particularly focusing on Generative AI.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing model pipelines in Python, using frameworks like FastAPI for API exposure and ensuring the implementation of embedding layers and vector databases for high-performance retrieval and similarity search.
  • Architecting Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems integrated into agentic workflows and vector databases for embeddings and retrieval.
  • Maintaining modular software in a full software lifecycle practice (design, coding, unit testing, CI/CD) to ensure reliability and test coverage.
  • Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, mentoring junior engineers, proposing architectural improvements, and participating in code reviews.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python or equivalent programming languages, proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries, understanding of Agentic AI concepts, and hands-on experience with ADK, LangChain, and related tools. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically are also essential.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (or related field) + 8 years of DevOps experience, Master's + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries, including Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and others.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of model versioning and ML lifecycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
