Job Title: Technology Visionary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic planning and implementation of innovative technology projects, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate project proposals to determine timelines, resource allocation, staffing requirements, and procedural steps needed for successful completion.
  • Develop and manage IT budgets, accurately forecasting expenses and resource needs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies with overall business objectives, prioritizing projects based on business impact, budget, and resources.
  • Establish and maintain robust project management practices, adapting to new technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and best practices across the organization.
  • Facilitate effective change management strategies to ensure high levels of user acceptance and minimal resistance to IT initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and industry partners to stay informed of emerging trends and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other regulatory requirements.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent in Information Systems is preferred.
  • Program manager training and certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are desirable, with a special focus on managing AI-related projects.
  • 8-12 years of total experience, with at least 3+ years in a project management role, preferably managing IT and AI-related projects.
  • Proven track record of managing complex and risky projects, with experience in leading diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and manufacturing processes.
  • Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies, especially in artificial intelligence, and their application in driving digital business.

  • Proficiency in planning, prioritizing, and organizing, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
