About the Role

As a senior professional with a proven track record in data management, you will be responsible for collaborating with Child Development Project Officers (CDPOs) across district centers to collect, verify, and analyze data. Your expertise will be invaluable in developing detailed reports, dashboards, and insights using MS Excel and other tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight and management of data analysis and reporting for social sector projects
  • Collaboration with CDPOs to collect, verify, and analyze data
  • Development of detailed reports, dashboards, and insights using MS Excel and other tools
  • Alignment of data processes with organizational goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • IDentification of process gaps and recommendation of improvements to enhance program efficiency

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the social sector or NGO-related roles
  • Strong experience in data management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
  • Understanding/experience of various government schemes: Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY), National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS), and Skill India Mission

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, and data visualization)
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting tools is advantageous

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹5,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
