MEP Project Leader

Lead a team of professionals in designing and executing MEP systems for large-scale industrial projects. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of cleanroom environments, critical utilities, and complex infrastructure. They will be responsible for coordinating design consultants, contractors, and equipment vendors to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of critical systems including power distribution, HVAC, ultrapure water treatment, process gases, and other semiconductor-specific utilities.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes/standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, SEMI standards, etc.) and local regulations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage schedules, control costs, and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and safety protocols specific to semiconductor facilities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and coordination issues across multiple disciplines.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP works, with at least 5 years in semiconductor / high-tech / cleanroom projects.

  • Expertise in HVAC systems for cleanrooms, ultrapure water systems, process gases, and high-voltage electrical distribution.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills with ability to handle multi-disciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with BIM, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
