">About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to support the design and execution of educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives. This role will involve coordinating logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials for each program.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field, and 2+ years' experience in program/project management. Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

">Responsibilities:
  1. Program Coordination & Execution: Assist in the design and delivery of certification programs and outreach events.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners).
  3. Operations & Reporting: Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs. Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.
  4. Content & Communication Support: Assist in preparing outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates.
  5. Tech Platform Coordination: Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools.
  6. Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments.
