About the Role:

The AEM Solutions Architect at Risk Resources LLP plays a vital role in the design and development of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM architecture, performance optimization, and scalability best practices. They will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive digital experiences that elevate our brand and drive user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AEM components, templates, and workflows to support dynamic, personalized digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives for AEM initiatives.
  • Customize and optimize AEM platform functionality to achieve seamless integration with other systems and technologies.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for frontend development, including responsive design, UI/UX principles, and accessibility standards.
  • Participate in A/B testing and optimization efforts to enhance the performance and user experience of AEM solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure AEM design and code quality.
  • Proactively identify and address technical and functional design issues to maintain the integrity and performance of AEM solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest AEM capabilities and features and recommend their integration to enhance our digital experiences.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate AEM solutions with backend systems and databases.
  • Support the troubleshooting and resolution of AEM-related technical issues and challenges.
  • Document AEM design and development processes, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of AEM design and development processes and standards.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery of AEM design and development tasks.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to project stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in designing and developing AEM solutions within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with AEM building blocks, including templates, components, and workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with UI/UX design principles and their application in AEM development.
  • Ability to create and maintain efficient, well-documented, and reusable AEM code.
  • Deep understanding of AEM architecture, performance optimization, and scalability best practices.
  • Experience with integrating AEM with third-party applications, RESTful services, and APIs.
  • Knowledge of version control systems, continuous integration, and deployment tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex AEM-related issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Certification in Adobe Experience Manager and/or related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams is desirable.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest digital trends, technologies, and best practices.
