The ideal candidate will lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Global Benefits across large organizations, collaborating with clients to understand their needs and design tailored solutions.

  • Configure benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows and vendor integrations.
  • Create and execute detailed test plans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements in global benefits.
  • Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and system efficiency.
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT and third-party vendors to ensure seamless data flow.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

  • Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits processes and compliance regulations.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-driven solutions.
