Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a seasoned academic advisor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective learners and their families, guiding them through our upskilling offerings in domains like digital marketing, design, content strategy, and paid media.

Position Summary

You will have the opportunity to conduct personalized counselling sessions for prospective learners (and parents), detailing available upskill courses, certification paths, eligibility, curriculum benefits, tools taught, and expected career outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Counselling:
    • Conduct in-depth counselling sessions for prospective learners, discussing available upskill courses, certification pathways, requirements, benefits, and potential career outcomes.
    • Address queries regarding course tools, entry-level requirements, and program pathways.
  • Lead Management & Conversion:
    • Manage and nurture inbound leads via phone, email, messaging apps, and in-person consultations.
    • Apply consultative, learner-first approaches paired with soft closing techniques to meet enrolment targets.
  • Enrolment Goals:
    • Meet monthly and quarterly enrolment targets while maintaining high standards of transparent and ethical counselling practices.
    • Build trust-based relationships, ensuring prospects have clarity and confidence throughout the admission journey.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Accurately document all lead interactions, updating CRM records, lead status, follow-up plans, and outcome updates.
    • Generate clear reports to support tracking of lead conversion rates and counselling effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Liaise with the marketing and program teams to align on messaging, domain-specific course content, and recruitment strategies.
