Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Problem Management professional to join our team. As a key member of our IT support group, you will be responsible for monitoring ATM networks, diagnosing and resolving customer problems, and escalating issues when required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor ATM networks through Incident Management systems and tools.

  • Determine priority based on problem information and documented guidelines.

  • Use tools to remotely access customer equipment to diagnose and resolve customer problems.

  • Manage inbound volume of voice and mail requests from customers and channel partners.

  • Elevate customer problems both internally and externally, according to defined escalation paths.

  • Foster effective communication with vendors/channel partners to ensure timely resolution of incidents.

Requirements

  • Graduate / High School Diploma (from any stream).

  • Minimum 1 year related experience. Preferably from the ATM industry (Banking/ATM MSP).

  • Basic PC/Microsoft Office skills and telephone skills.

  • Good Soft skills & Interpersonal skills (verbal & written) is a must.
