Interior Design Sales

We are seeking a talented and skilled Interior Designer (Sales + Design) to join our team. This role combines creative design skills with sales expertise, requiring the ability to prepare compelling design proposals, estimate project costs, and convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare customized design proposals for pitch meetings, aligning with client preferences and project scope.
  • Create accurate project estimates based on approved design proposals.
  • Engage in client negotiations and drive project closures.
  • Act as the lead representative in client design meetings, ensuring a strong and confident presence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless design and execution.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and client-facing sales roles
  • Proficient in preparing design proposals, estimates, and client presentations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value projects
  • Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and execution processes
