Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

This senior-level QA Engineer position is designed to lead and oversee all aspects of quality assurance, ensuring software products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversight of all quality assurance processes and procedures
  2. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality strategies, testing processes, and automation frameworks
  3. Development and execution of comprehensive testing plans to ensure reliability and scalability of software solutions
  4. Analytical problem-solving with a keen eye for detail in software testing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior QA role
  2. Technical expertise: Proficiency in QA methodologies, test planning, and building automation frameworks
  3. Automation tools: Good to have hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks
  4. Defect tracking & management: Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, and test management platforms like TestRail
  5. Programming skills: Strong scripting or programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
  6. CID knowledge: Practical experience with CI/CD tools, e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD, to integrate testing into deployment pipelines
