Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled data expert to lead our team of data professionals. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in a quantitative field and strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in machine learning frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data engineers, analysts, and scientists to carry out activities such as connecting with stakeholders, gathering data artifacts, creating project plans, and optimizing workflows.
  • Develop data pipelines to ingest data effectively, assure data quality, and resolve gaps.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and define performance metrics prior to running machine learning algorithms.
  • Research existing solutions before building models, create optimized data models, and run machine learning algorithms for business goals.
  • Optimize and validate models, create applications, simulators, and scenario builders, and integrate operationalized models in client ecosystems.
  • Document project artifacts, measure impact on business metrics, and fine-tune workflows based on feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience with large language models, training data creation, finetuning, and architecture diagrams.
  • Comfortable interpreting research papers, working with LORA, RAG, Instruct fine-tuning, and quantization.
  • Predictive modeling experience in Python, applying machine learning techniques, and understanding key parameters that affect performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
