Job Title: International Trade Specialist

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled and experienced individual to oversee the export process, ensuring seamless execution from order placement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve quality and regulatory queries efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including operations, planning, MIS, logistics, and accounts teams.
  • Coordinate customer interactions regarding shipments and sales, preparing sales summaries and orders in hand details.
  • Manage receivables from external customers, follow up on payments regularly, and ensure timely receipt of payments.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing and support functions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
