Finance Manager

Our finance team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our financial operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory compliance, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
- Monitor annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads and Controllers.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Manage bank payments and receipts, optimize working capital, and oversee debt servicing and treasury functions.
- Process Improvement and Automation: Drive improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Taxation Management: Oversee preparation and filing of direct and indirect tax returns.
- Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS, or GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally Prime, Odoo) and advanced Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
