Luxury Store Operations Manager

At Wedding Asia LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Store Operations Manager to join our team at our multi-designer luxury store in Ludhiana.
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹18,00,000 - ₹25,00,000, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a leadership role that requires driving the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the store manager on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for supervising retail operations, staff, meeting customer needs, and coordinating sales, merchandising, and budgeting.
You will work closely with the Retail Head to plan the annual budget and divide it into actionable targets for the team, season-wise, monthly, weekly, and daily.
- Drive sales growth by analyzing store sales reports to determine business needs and setting strategies.
- Track, monitor, and communicate business results to stakeholders.
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of merchandise and maintain awareness of the competition.
- Develop and train Fashion Consultants and ensure all positions under your leadership are filled with qualified personnel in a timely fashion.
- Coordinate with advertising and public relations to support maximum sales.
As a Luxury Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Implementing and maintaining all merchandising directives and ensuring effective execution of merchandising strategies.
- Building and maintaining communication with the buyer.
- Ensuring proper processing of deliveries in a timely manner.
- Controlling store expenses and maintaining operating budgets to reduce costs.
- Supporting, promoting, and assuming responsibility for loss prevention in all areas of risk management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, merchandising, and budgeting.
