Impact Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the advancement of our sustainability agenda in India, with a particular focus on social and environmental issues. This role will be the driving force behind local execution, ensuring global strategies are effectively adapted and implemented in the Indian context.

The Impact Manager will work closely with global program managers, ensuring alignment, consistency, and knowledge sharing across regions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Local Program Implementation
  • Adapting and executing global strategies for environmental responsibility, diversity & belonging, and health & well-being within India.
  • Designing and delivering initiatives that reflect local needs and priorities while remaining consistent with global frameworks.
  • Building strong relationships with senior leaders in India, engaging and influencing them to actively support our impact agenda in India.
  • Employee Engagement & Resource Group Coordination
  • Acting as the primary coordinator for India-based employee champion/resource groups (environmental, health & well-being, diversity & inclusion-focused colleague groups).

In addition to these key responsibilities, the Impact Manager will also serve as a key link between India and the global program managers for each impact area, share local insights, successes, and challenges with global teams to help refine overall strategy, adapt global resources, tools, and messaging for the Indian context, build relationships with local NGOs, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance the impact of sustainability initiatives, collaborate with HR, Communications, and Facilities to embed sustainability and well-being into workplace practices in India.

To succeed in this role, you will require 5+ years of experience in sustainability, CSR or DEI as well as employee engagement programs, cultural awareness and a strong understanding of India's sustainability landscape, ability to confidently engage and influence senior leadership, building trust and alignment on key priorities.
