AIOps Data Analytics Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned AIOps professional to lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and IT operations.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced analytics platforms using ignio to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AIOps tools with existing systems and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Implement machine learning algorithms to enhance data analysis capabilities within AIOps processes.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights based on data analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, or a related domain.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with AIOps tools, specifically ignio, and familiarity with IT operations.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
