We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Event Client Servicing Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients, understanding their requirements, and meeting them to discuss project details.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Client Communication: Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
- Project Coordination: Coordinating with designers, ensuring deadlines are met, and resolving client issues.
- Brief Development: Brainstorming with the team, developing concept ideas for various brands, and creating engaging presentations.
- Presentation and Delivery: Creating compelling PPTs and presenting to clients.
