Lead Assessor

We are seeking a skilled Lead Assessor to fill this key position.

  • A strong educational background in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety or Environment with an advanced degree is preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and results-driven approach with solid business acumen
  • Able to effectively operate in a multi-cultural environment with individuals from diverse socio-economic backgrounds
  • Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information is essential
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in social compliance auditing is required, with a minimum of 200 verifiable audit days
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is highly desirable
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification, RBA, BSCI Certification, Higg or equivalent is a significant advantage
  • Familiarity with international and local labor standards and human rights issues is a valuable asset
  • Ability to travel frequently domestically and occasionally internationally as required
Key Requirements
  • Degree in Law, HR, Occupational Health and Safety or Environment
  • Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and a results-oriented approach
  • Multicultural operating skills and the ability to handle confidential information
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in social compliance auditing
  • APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) certification is highly recommended
  • SA8000 Auditor Certification or equivalent
  • Labor standards knowledge and understanding
