Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Senior Digital Project Manager to oversee the coordination and smooth operation of our email marketing projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with developers and client contacts to manage the development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Performing quality assurance testing to ensure that email content renders correctly across various email clients, matches client submissions, and is error-free
  • Scheduling emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and guiding clients on account protocols
  • Processing and uploading distribution lists, extracting metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and sharing reports with clients
  • Assisting with additional email marketing projects, such as quarterly benchmark reports or template builds
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Senior Digital Project Manager or similar skill set
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not required)
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment, specifically at an agency
  • The ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
