We are looking for a talented researcher to join our team and help drive innovation in the field of Computer Vision and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
The research scientist will be responsible for developing and implementing novel computer vision and machine learning algorithms to improve marketing performance. This will involve designing and optimizing algorithms to tackle real-world problems in content understanding and generation.
The research scientist will also collaborate with product teams to turn research advances into impactful products. This will involve working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities for research-driven innovation and develop solutions to address these opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead research initiatives in areas of Computer Vision, Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Design, implement, and optimize computer vision algorithms to tackle real-world problems in content understanding and generation for improving marketing performance.
- Collaborate with product teams to turn research advances into impactful products.
- Develop scalable synthetic data generation and evaluation techniques.
- Train models and run experiments to study data and model quality.
- Iteratively refine research experiments and clearly communicate insights to the team.
- Integrate core machine learning models into the Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to rapidly prototype and transition conceptual prototypes from research to production.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: Computer Vision, Multimodal Content Understanding with Large Language Models and Agentic Workflows.
- Multiple publications in top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICCV, ECCV, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, KDD, etc.
- 4+ years of experience in computer vision research and product development
- PhD, MSc, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience and a track record of deploying solutions in production environments.
- Experience in deriving concrete conclusions and actionable insights from large datasets.
- Ability to take research risks and solve hard problems independently.
