Job Description:

- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs focusing on the adoption of artificial intelligence concepts/technology
- Thorough understanding of data models
- Experience working on at least one project focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Predictive Modeling.
- Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python;
- Good knowledge with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Quick Sight)
- Strong mathematics skills (e.g., statistics, algebra)
- Requirement gathering, preparing data flows, and mapping information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

- Proven experience as a Data Scientist
- Understanding of machine learning and operations research
- Knowledge of R, SQL, and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ is an asset.
- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop)
- Knowledge of Azure or AWS AI services and the NLP platform will be a big plus.
- Analytical mind and business acumen
- Strong math skills (e.g., statistics, algebra)
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field; graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred
