Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience in design, preferably in R&D. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of web and application design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and conceptualize a design strategy
  • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into elegant designs.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications used in laboratory, manufacturing, and enterprise environments.
  • Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular).
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
  • Ensure consistency with branding, design systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with backend developers, data scientists, and automation teams to integrate UI with APIs, RPA bots, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Design banners, communications, newsletters, website layouts, and report design formats.
  • Systems redesign lead.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in R&D.
  • Experience in web programming, JavaScript, React/Angular.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of design principles and aesthetics.
