We are seeking a seasoned PHP professional to lead the design and development of complex software solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality software products and comprehensive test suites that ensure robustness, correctness, and coverage across edge cases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of algorithmic complexity, performance optimization, and computational constraints, with proven ability to write clear, concise, and technically challenging algorithmic code.

Responsibilities">
  • Design and Develop High-Quality Software Solutions: Utilize expertise in PHP to create scalable and maintainable software products that meet rigorous engineering standards.
  • Craft Clear Technical Specifications: Develop precise and unambiguous technical specifications and problem statements that balance creativity and engineering precision.
  • Ensure Comprehensive Test Coverage: Design and implement comprehensive test suites to ensure code robustness, correctness, and coverage across edge cases.
  • Apply Structured Metadata and Documentation: Capture taxonomy, difficulty, domain relevance, and reliability metrics using structured metadata and documentation.
  • Participate in Peer Reviews: Collaborate with peers to uphold rigorous engineering standards and system consistency through quality assurance processes.
  • Deliver Maintainable Code: Produce work in a maintainable, modular, and scalable format ready for production integration or downstream application use.
Requirements">
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Possess at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, algorithm design, or systems-level programming.
  • Strong PHP Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency in PHP with at least 4+ years of experience.
  • Proven Algorithmic Skills: Showcase proven ability to write clear, concise, and technically challenging algorithmic code.
  • Understanding of Algorithmic Complexity: Possess a strong understanding of algorithmic complexity, performance optimization, and computational constraints.
  • Test Automation Experience: Have experience with test automation, benchmark creation, or complex systems evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Modern Data Formats: Be familiar with modern software data formats (e.g., JSON, YAML) and version-controlled codebases.

Candidates will demonstrate deep fluency in at least four of the following areas:

  • Algorithmic Paradigms: Dynamic Programming, Greedy Algorithms, Bitmasking
  • Graph Algorithms: Shortest Paths, Network Flow, Topological Sorting

  • String Processing: Suffix Trees, Rolling Hashing, Pattern Matching
  • Advanced Topics: 2-SAT, Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), Linear Programming
