About the Role:

The role is primarily desk-based and focuses on ensuring proper documentation and compliance. The successful candidate will be involved in a diverse range of tasks, providing a practical understanding of legal and bureaucratic processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Work:

Conduct research to support case strategy, assist in drafting legal notices and other court documents, and help with case preparation and management.

Property Documentation (Industrial Land Focus):

Draft and review various property agreements, handle paperwork, liaise with government departments, and ensure all documentation is accurate and processed efficiently.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an LLB program or have a strong interest in property law and documentation. Excellent drafting skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks are essential.

Internship Details:

The internship timings are 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time, in-office position.
