Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • At least 7 years of experience in data analysis, system design and development, with a focus on extract, transform and load (ETL) projects.
  • Proven expertise in SAP Business Objects Data Services, Informatica Consultant.
  • Strong ability to document business requirements, functional specifications, technical details and test cases.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team or individually, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and adaptable to new environments, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep analytics and data warehouse experience using SAP Business Objects Data Services/Data Integrator 4.0 or above for data migration and data quality.
  • Strong background in integrating BODS with SAP modules (SAP ECC, BW and HANA) and non-SAP data sources.
  • Sound working knowledge of SAP BW on HANA, Native HANA and SAP ECC Functional (FI, OTC).
  • Experience in managing large-scale data migration roll-outs, with a strong understanding of the systems development life cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, build, test and deployment.
  • Ability to lead and manage sizable teams, both onsite and offshore, and be accountable for deliverables.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery models and the ability to work in an aggressive delivery environment.
  • Skilled in creating complex jobs, workflows, data flows and scripts using various transforms (Integrator, Quality and Platform) to successfully load data from multiple sources into a desired target.
  • Expertise in data cleansing using Data Quality transforms, with hands-on experience coding contributions to deliverables using SAP DS, sound knowledge of SQL and script development, and all data integration and platform transformations.
  • Ability to define systems strategy, develop systems requirements, design and prototype, test, train, define support procedures and implement.
  • Familiarity with using Data Services Management Console to schedule and execute jobs, manage repositories and perform metadata reporting.
  • Well-versed in using Data Services Designer to ETL from multiple sources, including flat files, Excel workbooks, XML, SAP ECC and third-party tools through DataStore setup and custom transfer programs.
  • Experience in performance tuning techniques, system optimization and business process improvement.
  • Ability to debug execution errors using Data Integrator logs (trace, monitor and error) and examining target data.
