Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI engineer to design, develop and deploy AI solutions that enhance product development workflows, engineering services and organisational processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions that are transparent, reliable and easy to maintain.

We also consider applications from engineers who have a strong background in Python and data analysis skills and are keen to learn AI skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ai Model Development:
    • Select and build appropriate AI/ML models based on problem type and business objectives.
    • Split datasets into training/testing sets ensuring robust evaluation and validation.
    • Ensure models are designed for transparency interpretability and regular updates.
  • Data Management & Quality:
    • Collect clean and preprocess datasets from multiple sources.
    • Ensure data relevance and accuracy while detecting and removing bias.
    • Manage large-scale structured and unstructured datasets for modelling.
  • Engineering Services Integration:
    • Apply AI to improve hardware verification software testing and security checking.
    • Automate processes in account marketing CRM and organisational workflows.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to embed AI into production systems.
  • Ai Deployment & Monitoring:
    • Deploy models into real-world environments with emphasis on scalability and reliability.
    • Monitor performance retrain and refine models as needed.
    • Maintain clear documentation and version control for reproducibility.
  • Research & Collaboration:
    • Stay updated with the latest trends in AI machine learning and automation.
    • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI adds measurable business value.
    • Collaborate across product engineering and business teams to align AI strategy with company goals.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related field.
    • Minimum 6+ years in engineering (software hardware or systems).
    • At least 3 years in AI/ML with hands-on experience in model development training and deployment.
    • Strong programming ability (Python Java or R).
    • Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Keras Hugging Face).
    • Solid knowledge of data science practices feature engineering training/testing pipelines evaluation metrics.
    • Familiarity with NLP computer vision and/or generative AI.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and DevOps (Docker Kubernetes CI/CD).
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in AI ML Data Science or related field.
    • Building domain specific Co-Pilots
    • Experience ensuring fairness transparency and explainability in AI systems.
    • Background in applying AI to engineering-heavy environments (e.g. hardware verification or testing).
    • Contributions to AI research open-source projects or published papers.
