- Route information to appropriate attorneys or paralegals for action.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient workflow.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., B.Sc., M.Sc.) with a minimum aggregate of 50%
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the IP field
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to various team cultures
- Good typing speed (45-50 wpm) with high accuracy
- Experience working with different IP Management Systems (IPMS)
- Knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations
