Marketing Professional for EMS Industry

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive with a proven track record in the EMS/electronics manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing B2B marketing strategies to attract OEMs/ODMs in India and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to generate leads through online/offline channels, industry expos, and professional networks.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track lead conversion performance.
  • Work closely with the sales and technical teams to prepare RFQ responses, proposals, and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of marketing/sales experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of EMS processes, PCBA, wiring harness, and box-build services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and digital marketing strategies.
