About the Job

The Salesforce Technical Lead and Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading the technical team in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions using formal development methodologies. This role requires 9+ years of experience with 8 years in Salesforce, including hands-on experience in Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Experience with Lightning Design System and MuleSoft is also required.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apex Programming, Webservices, Flows, VF Pages, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, and Aura framework. They will also have experience with REST, SOAP, Bulk API, and designing complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications. Understanding of Salesforce object model, governor limits, and best practices is essential.

This role involves managing integrations with other applications/systems/processes, working independently with users to gather requirements, define, document, and solution requirements, and driving the configuration and development of the solution. The successful candidate will also implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, and coordinates the evaluation, scope, and completion of new configuration and development requests with the team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in IT or computer Science field
  • Must have Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PD1 certifications
  • PD2, Architect certification, Community cloud and Marketing Cloud consultant certifications would be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Great teamwork and collaboration skills
