Procurement Management Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Procurement Manager to join our team.
Job Description:The Procurement Manager will be responsible for receiving bills of material, seeking quotations from vendors, making cash flow plans, preparing comparative quotations, releasing purchase/work orders, following up with the accounts team, ensuring timeliness of material delivery, and providing weekly financial project progress to management.
The Procurement Manager will also maintain a database of vendors, insure work, workers, and movement, support the tender/BD team in costing of upcoming projects/tenders, and monitor procurement systems.
This is a full-time role that requires strong negotiation and analytical skills, as well as knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and analytics.
Qualifications:- A Graduate, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with 7 to 10 years of experience in Procurement.
- Awareness of products, functions, application parts, and manufacturers.
- Knowledge of manufacturing process & Raw-Material.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and analytics.
