We are seeking an experienced SRE & DevOps Engineer to join our AI Platform Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and scaling large-scale AI/ML infrastructure, enabling researchers and data scientists to innovate at a global scale.

This role involves supporting and scaling AI platform services for global teams, ensuring secure and high availability (99.999%) of mission-critical systems, troubleshooting and automating fixes for performance & functional issues, partnering with engineering teams to design CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices, and delivering automation and operational improvements for reliability and scalability.

Requirements:
  • Strong development experience in Java and Spring framework.
  • Familiarity with microservices, including orchestration, service discovery, and APIs.
  • Database expertise across SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with low-latency, high-throughput web services.
  • Familiarity with metrics systems, such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Strong JVM debugging skills, including GC tuning, memory leak detection, and thread/heap analysis.
  • Solid understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux fundamentals.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, automation, monitoring, and testing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
