Job Description

The primary function of the Solutions Integration Specialist is to implement and validate customized solutions for airline clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and guidance during sales engagement to gather customer requirements and define Amadeus solutions.
  • Analyse customer business processes, systems, and service requirements to identify specific actions necessary to integrate Amadeus products and services.
  • Implement and validate customized products solutions, ensuring they meet specified requirements.
  • Provide functional support and problem resolution to sales and customer functional staff.
  • Support solution deployment, integration, and validation, including user acceptance testing.

Project Management:

  • Define overall migration strategy for customers and handle migration activities, rehearsals, and cutover.
  • Responsible for setting up products in test and production environments.
  • Support project activities during implementation, focusing on system data setup, test phases, and migration.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Service-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of airline IT business, core reservation, search, shopping, pricing products, and fare family structures.
  • Knowledge of Airline fares filling in any Fare providers (ATPCO, SITA, etc.) and basic knowledge of airport and airline operations.
  • Customer-facing experience with airlines and good communication skills.

  • This role requires a university degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science or a related field.
